What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal 

How is sales tax calculated?
The Commonwealth of Virginia requires us to collect a 5% sales tax on all orders placed by Virginia residents and on all orders from non-Virginia residents shipping to Virginia addresses. 

How do you ship your gear products?
We ship our gear products via USPS which means you should see your Independent We Stand gear within 3 – 5 days of your order. On occasion, we may have to back order something but we will let you know if that is the case. We pack our gear carefully but if something breaks or is damaged just let us know and we’ll make it right. 

What is your return and refund policy?
We sincerely hope that you love what you ordered. However, if something is not right please just let us know. We’d be happy to exchange your product or issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Please call us at toll free 888-787-8IWS (8497) and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to recommend return options that may be available. 

Will you confirm receipt of my online order?
Definitely! We’ll send you an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is placed. 

How can I track the shipment of my order?
With ease! We will send you an e-mail which has all the tracking information you need. This e-mail will provide the tracking number(s) for your package(s), with which you can track your package(s) using USPS's website. 

What is your privacy policy?
We totally get your concerns about entering personal information online. Please know that Independent We Stand is 100% committed to respecting your privacy, including your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. You can be assured that we will not sell, share, or rent your contact information with any other parties. We may use your information to contact you at a later date about new products or news from Independent We Stand, but you may always elect out of our notification at any time using an Unsubscribe link included with every e-mail we send. 

What about online security?
All Independent We Stand transactions are 128-bit encrypted and take place over a secure server. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable sending your information over the Internet, you can place your order by phone, Mon-Fri between 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, at 1.888.787.8497.
